Mine-to-Mill Optimization

The IMA concentrator solution creates a direct link between the mine and the plant by monitoring ore grade on the conveyor before the milling circuit and tracking assay results back to individual muck piles and ROM stockpiles. Combined with particle size and crusher data, the solution provides early insight into ore characteristics and grindability, helping operators understand how incoming material is likely to behave during processing.

Combined feed analysis from IMA FCA and IMACON enables real-time optimization of grinding and flotation performance. By giving operators the information they need before ore variability impacts the process, the solution supports more stable plant operation, improved recovery, higher throughput, lower energy and water consumption, and more efficient use of reagents across the concentrator.
